Much needed mini projects
Much needed mini projects
So after being lazy for far too long I finally took the time to clean up my hazed and yellow headlights. I also used a detail product purchased to remove very stubborn water spots to take the haze that has built up on my drivers and pass side windows. First my side windows took some scrubbing and multiple coats but it all finally came off leaving my windows once again smooth.

I didnt take a before picture but I beleive the buildup was from rolling my windows down right after washing my car. This over the years had developed a hard water buildup that covered the entire windows.
Next I have neglected my headlights for some time now due to the fact that I plan on doing a retro on my oem headlights when the money is right.

I used the turtle wax kit because it was only 10$ and had some good reviews online. The headlights are cheap aftermarket so I didnt expect the best results but they turned out pretty good.

^^ Thanks man I have been on the fence of selling but since its almost paid off I'm probably going to keep it. I plan on picking up a high mileage TBSS AWD and doing a motor swap with the brand new LS2 I have buried in the garage sometime in the coming months.
The product I used and have had the best results with Is called 3D Eraser Water Spot Remover
Here is a link
3D Eraser Water Spot Remover - Clean Ridez - Car Care Products
Hands down best stuff for water spots but it does have a mild acid and starts to burn your hands after awhile and you have to wash it off within a minute or it can etch the glass or ruin your paint.
