doesn't makeing those openings give access to the latch allowing someone to open your hood.
just a thought.

anoyone can screw around under there making it easy to steel your car.

once you get under the hood you have access to the entire electrical system of the car.
and no one is going to suspect someone steeling a car with the hood wide open.

True, while it would be easier on mine, the stock grille doesnt really provide any safety to the hood latch if someone really wants to pop it.

I oughta find some aluminum tubing and try to make my own tubular grille for top and bottom, good idea guys, hehe.

Anyone know of any aftermarket auto sites that have mesh for that purpose? Anyone know where to get some smaller diameter aluminum tubing?

Its unique, i'll say that. to me it needs something there so mesh or something that matches top and bottom would look sweet.

That looks alright... But the "fins" are there for a reason... I hope you don't catch a rock thrown from a semi or a bird... that could really trash your radiator... not to mention all the bugs you'll have to clean out of there. I'd atleast put some black mesh behind that.
