Sorry I missed your post man, this dumbfuck just had to come in talking ****.
Its easier if you take the bumper off yes, but you can remove it with the bumper still on the car.
Theres 12 little clips that hold it in place, no matter what though when you put it back on your gonna have to take the bumper off....
