It is a sad day when i have to say my cobalt is soooo rice!

I started to put on my body kit and ran into problems.. there is an auto shop on base to do it your self things.. well i started and put my front bumper on .. went to make some mods to the fiberglass and got kicked out .. bc they changed there mind about me ding fiber glass work in the shop.. so for the last week i have been drivin with a crappy looki front bumera and still havnt put on the side skirts and back bumper and need to get the back put on.. and all painted so till i can find some extra cash and get the rest of this taken care of im stuck drivin a RICE cobalt..

HELP ... i dont want a RICE cobalt.. it sucks.. what am i gonna do.!!!!

i have a complete painted lip kit on my TL so i can go drive w/ my head held up high.

 

i have the Import Trenz BC2 kit.. so its fll front and back bumpers.. i just need to scrap some cash and get the **** painted and it will look super hott.. so im now excepting donations.. 90% for the car and 10% to get me drunk till the car gets fixed

why not wait to install it until you had to cash to paint it?

Well... I would have paid for the trunk... or the matching back seats to the front ones... you just didn't seem willing to part with either LOL.

Seriously though... it don't look that bad... certainly has potential once you get the kinks worked out.

 

dont sell your stock bumpers. thats a stupid move. sooner or later you will either get sick of the kit, want to sell your car, or the fiberglass will crack to hell... either way, you will want those stock bumpers somewhere down the road. honestly tho, the cobalts dont look good with kits IMO. lip kit or nothing.

No i didn't drink and drive.. i parked.. walked to the bar across the street and walked home.. but i stil dont know remember which of 2 parkin lots im in

 

Both of those problems will be fixed when this is fixed


Once its adjusted and painted it will look good..

OH NO is that a fart cannon I see?!?!? Oh God say it isn't so!!!!!!

The front will look fine once you finsh it I'm sure.

 

Last week we started to put it on at the Auto Hobby shop here on base.

right as we were about to Dremmel that area near the headlight. the guy comes over and was like you cant work on Fiberglass in here. and told us we need to clean up the area and leave. So we tried to dremmel it out side of my apartment but the piece we need was broken.

So this week we got everything we need and it ends up raining all day the past two days and now i got to go back to work and dont have the time to get it all taken care of.

So next week i will get the front bumper fixed.. put the back bumper on and schedule the appointment to get the bumpers painted. Get the windows tinted

So my plan is i will be all good by October.

And i will then start lookin into exhaust.

 

As long as the fart cannon is temporary its all good
