I'mthinking they may be aimed wrong as opposed to poor light quality. I mean they are very bright right in front of the car. VERY BRIGHT!

someone who wants a HID light that only insects can relate to, to see in the dark, cause humans cant do **** with 25000k hid

sorry, but i feel bad, if somebody would buy these

higher the K, less you can see on road and more color it has
less the K, more you can see, and less the color

You start to lose lumens outputed after 6200k ish. I would think 25k would be equivalent to driving with your daytime running lights on or your parking lights.

Take this for example.... light a bic lighter and hold it close to your hand (don't burn yourself)... it lights your palm up right? Now move your hand, does the rest of the room light up? The wall? The floor? Your shoes? How about your pants?... It's bright right infront of the flame, but distance wise it's worthless.

Not trying to ruin your sale... I just would advice those that drive at night a lot and that don't have foglights to be forwarn.

For $40, hella cheap! If you have foglights and like the color I would jump!

i got these from a china company. i had to deal with them because i couldnt find anyone else that had these. it would only come with the bulbs (h1) it doesnt come with the whole kit. (ballasts and ignitors)

i can actually see pretty far with these but thanks for your opinion anyways. if i wanted to see reallly far i wouldve got the 4300k color but since im more towards appearance, i got purple.

these arent that bad at lighting the road.. if i had a dark area where i could take a few more pics, i could show you that these do a decent job. not as much as a 4300k color but its got a sweet color to it.

I have e55s and the cut-off can be adjusted to a nice colorband or sharper than a knife. This nicests cut-off I have seen has been on a TSX/FX combo.

A man who knows what he is talking about. I prefer a little colour, but love a razor sharp cut-off line. It looks really good, Its what i had on my Cavalier, it always got looks.

i would take performance over color anyday of the week. kids around here seem to only care about how 'cool' the purple, pink, green or whatever color puts out the most annoying light. the truth is they are only able to see like 20 ft in front of them while i light up the entire neighborhood with my cut off line lights up all the houses on both sides and mine are only 4300k.

I always think that's what our cars look like when I pull up at night behind someone and see the reflection on the trunk of the person in front of me. The nice round lit up projectors, then almost a square shaped amber, I love it.

I have I believe the 6000k D2S bulbs, when they burn out I have a set of 85122+ to go back in, which are like 5200k, a nice middle man... blue but bright.
