Sorry dude, I wasn't trying to get down on it you just asked what we thought. Like others have said it's your car you can do w/e you want to it, you shouldn't really be worried about what other people think. It doesn't look that bad and I'm sure it sounds awesome (flowmaster always has a nice clean sound) and if you're happy with it that's all that matters. For myself personally I find them too large (but at least they're not sitting on your body kit melting it to ****)..but again...not my car.

Keep on the path you're on, you'll have one original car no doubt about that. I didn't mean anything by my comment...hope you didn't take it the wrong way . You just need to calm down man...you post and ask for comments on a public forum you're going to get people's honest opionions. At least we don't all kiss eachother's asses all the time and we're honest about what we post. Like I've said, if you're happy with it then that's the most important thing...don't like a comment ignore it...no point in starting flame wars .

it is cars like this that make me feel embarassed that I even own a cobalt. Pretty soon we will be seeing be stupid aluminum wings from pep boys on our cars and people will be posting pics saying"look how cool my car is". There are no words to express how much I hate stupid kids trying to hook up their cars with no oney. If you can't spend the money and do it nicely the don't do it.

BTW I guess u can tell that I don't like the exhaust.

 

Hey my entire post wasn't negative...at least not when I read it . Just keep building it up and I'm sure over time it will all come together. I'd imagine you have an image in mind of how you want it to look when you're done...as long as you know where you're heading you're good to go .

what are you talking about on this car? you cant compair this kids car to anything remotly close to a pep boy car owner. HE HAS DUAL FLOWMASTER EXHAUST w/ a CUSTOM CAT-BACK SYSTEM. ? who do you know has that and a pep boys aluminum wing? Not to mention hes also has a 800 dollar body kit on his car too. I dont see how that is pep boyish considering it fits his car perfect and will look very nice when done. Sure he didnt get it painted asap but Rome wasnt built over night was it? So i think your being a little too hard on this kid for modding his car the way he likes it and it doesnt look bad either. and judging from the pics he has over 1200 invested in it already and im sure it will be around 1500 after he gets his kit painted. So I also dont see why your saying he doesnt have the money to spend when in the pics you can clearly see hes got what he needs for the moments.

and id like see to pep boys even carry a flowmaster muffler. the only thing they got is a flowmaster sticker pack

omg dude dont even start with me....i have yet to hear one negative comment on my car, im sure there are some that dont like it, but like you, i have little money im only 18 goin to school, but what do you have done that isnt "measly" im sorry i dont have an unpainted body kit like a ricer and huge ass exhaust tips, also like a ricer, i wanta clean nice look to my car, and i think ive still got that, "measly" wtf i dont see how you get that from my car. you posted your car on here looking for comments, we are giving them to you. i dont like it so far. sry im not going to lie to you man, post it when its done then you dont have to worry about negative comments

your car looks ******* awsome. the only nagative thing i see is that the kit isnt painted. and whoever said dont drive a car with unmatched bumpers is stupid. unmatched body kit yes, but not bumper. many cavaliers were produced from the factory with unpainted bumpers. i own one of them and i love it because i dont have to worry about paint chipping or flacking on my bumpers, especially if you hit something.
BTW i think your car is awsome.

 

i wasnt posting it on here for you to criticize. i posted them on here cuz some1 wanted pics step by step of my mods. sorry my kit isnt painted and my spoiler is not on. and theres nothing wrong with 18"s or a nice flowmaster exhaust with big mufflers. i just said that cuz i was pissed that your hating because you may have different taste

 

i just said i didnt like it no need to get all defensive, and i know i will be getting a new sig soon, probably almost the same thing as the one now since i got an almost identical pic of my car with the hood

You both have nice cars, you guys are just headed in different directions with you own PERSONAL customizing. This is just a tad off subject, but how was the fitment of the rksport kit, I know halfcent had fitment probs, and this was just the same that I wanted to get. please let me know.

 

the only fitment problems i had, and i did it myself, was the side skirt was really tight under the door. and the front valance pulls away on the sides because the contour of the body. thats it.

 

that was my worry when i was thinking about getting that kit is that i would have problems with the door opening cuz halfcent said she had problems like that

 

Now that everyone is done with the pissing match, can we get a sound clip of that exhaust. I just sold a 99 silverado that you could hear a few miles away when I was on it and this silent car is killing me. BUT I don't want anything that is going to sound like the other rice burners out there. That is why I am interested in your flowmaster.
