Only cost $4.00 custom made from a sheet that i got at home depot.

all i did was cut it to shape(little bigger than opening) made some flaps to go into the bumper, well under, used the two bolts at the top(inside the bumper) to hold the top on.

still waiting for my front lip to get painted...at least its not costing me anything.

 

looks really good. now you need to do the top so it matches

 

im thinkin i might leave the top how it is, idk if id like both grills to be mesh

signal is exactly the same unless you are in a crap area where singals come in not great as it is. In that case it wouldn't matter what antenna you have

 

it wont take long either, hour tops.

 

How many different patterns of mesh did they have at the Depot?

 

grille looks great, I have the same silver color and I was thinking of doing the same thing and spraying the mesh black so it sticks out from the silver mettalic paint.

 

With my color car, I wonder if I should leave it stainless or paint it black for the upper grill.

 

idk if i wanna paint it black i think it looks fine now, but i might consider painting it..

and idk about how many patters, just check for urself

 

I think I'm going to do this tonight, screw waiting for the weekend if it can be done in 20 mins.

 

lol ya its a quick mod

 

the bottom takes no time at all... the top grille takes a little longer but its mainly pateince and if you want it to look amazing. I decided to paint mine gunmetal to match the rims and my headlights. If anyone wants a quick how to i got one worked up.

 

Yeah dude, share the how-to for the top grille with me.

 

I think black would have flowed better. Not bad though.
