Welcome to the site, lots of great info here. Just watch out for NJHK. lol You will know what I mean later. Your cobalt looks super super clean. Nice work! I been wanting to do this for awhile now. Do the bugs come off easier after a wash/polish/wax?

Meguiars step 3 wax was used on the wheels and it really made them shine up nicely!

Right now I just want to get a good feel for the car before I mod. But I do work at a GM dealership soooo GMPP will more than likely get put on! Discounts FTW!! The bike in the background is my neighbors 05 1000 RR with a hand full of mods. I totaled my bike last summer so now I stick to 4 wheels .

To me they always seem to come off with alot less effort after a good deatil.

Thanks for all the compliments! Anyone in IL who wants a detail I am more than happy to take care of it!

i know that you guys are gunna think im crazy.. but my grandpa suggested insulator wax... it doesn't look amazing untill your done and it sets in the sun for a bit... once the sun hits it the wax kinda melts or something.... then its b-e-a-utiful... i didnt think it would work, but it did...

Nice car. Those wheels are INSANELY shiny. Almost too much so for my taste. The smoked/gunmetal rims have always been one of my favorite aspects of the Cobalts. I have difficulty understanding why people pay thousands of dollars to replace them (I know yours are stock, I'm just venting). Great detail job nonetheless.
