We need to have everyone who has made a set of their own, post it and submit it to somebody who will make a mold for them. Like Compile all the really nice ones and pick and choice the good parts, too make 1 nice headlight.

Gunna do a set in the spring with a 3" Projector in the front, 2.5" projector in the turn signal dome and then a sliced LED panel for turn/hazard lights. (Not sure the best way to describe that)

Are you saying Barf to mine? Good Luck finding the lights for Silvers... they are off an Astra. Your gunna be watching eBay for months in order to find a set.

What's up with your projectors? It doesn't look like they have a sheild to cover what's behind the setup. IE, the stock halogen reflectors..

... If so let me know. lol, I would love to make a set of those. Mine were completed with a sheild behind the projector... that was just the best shot I had of mine before they were on the car. Got way to excited when they were done and ran right for the car with them.

Keep in mind , the Astra lights need to be from a left hand drive car . On a right hand drive , the projector sheilds would be backwards . You would have to get the lights off an Opel branded Astra . Even though their all the same cars their branded different by region . All Opel Astra's are left hand drive(Germany, Russia, China , switzerland , france , spain , the middle eastern regions , poland ect ect ) , Vauxhall and Holden Astra's are right hand drive ( great britian , southern africa , austrailia) . The few bi-Xenon lamps Ive seen for sale have been from Vauxhalls , most of the Astras , even the OPC/VXr's had the halogen lights .
