New Paint job, Thoughts???

So i dont know if any of yall remember me saying that i had planned to two-tone my cobalt. At first it was gunna be orange on top but then i ended up doing this during my christmas vacation from HS... O BTW! it was free!

The top is a custom black, the bottom half if ink slate metallic, and the stripe is ferrari silver.

kthxbai!

Debadge the cobalt on the back. Get some better rims and lower it a bit. Then it might look decent.

Get your windows tinted tinted as well unless you have state laws you are worried about.

But it is my senior year so i dont have tooo much time to do stuff. tint, i might get, i have some 17" OZs planned for it, and im probably gunna throw on a set of ksports.

It is starting to grow on me. It is for sure different, but please just remove that horrid cobalt lettering from your trunk. Will look 50 times better.

Not too bad at all, keep upgrading. Like everyone else stated, (if you have the money as I know being in highschool, money can be tight).

Lower the car (new springs)
New rims (or paint them {maybe paint the small spokes on the alloy rims black and leave the rest alloy kinda thing..})
The back, I would suggest removing the Chevrolet bowtie or moving it down so you don't see the circle crest on the trunk. And take off the cobalt lettering.
tint your windows 25< around except for the windshield

Texas Tint Law ;

HOW DARK CAN WINDOW TINT BE IN TEXAS?
Darkness of tint is measured by Visible Light Transmission percentage (VLT%). In Texas, this percentage refers to percentage of visible light allowed in through the combination of film and the window.
• WindshieldNon-reflective tint is allowed along the top of the windshield above the manufacturer's AS-1 line.
• Front Side WindowsMust allow more than 25% of light in.
• Back Side WindowsMust allow more than 25% of light in.
• Rear WindowAny darkness can be used.

HOW REFLECTIVE CAN THE TINT BE IN TEXAS?
Similar to sunglass lenses, some tinting film contain metallic elements that help in reflecting incoming light and reducing the glare and heat generated by visible light.
• Front Side WindowsMust not be more than 25% reflective.
• Back Side WindowsMust not be more than 25% reflective.

OTHER TEXAS RULES AND REGULATIONS
• Restricted ColorsThe tint color(s) of RED are not legal by state law.
• Side MirrorsDual side mirrors are required if back window is tinted.
• Certificate RequirementsManufacturers of film need to certify the film they sell in the state. Ask your dealer if they are using ceritified film.
• Sticker RequirementsThe sticker to identify legal tinting is required between the film & glass on the driver’s side window.
• Medical ExemptionState allows medical exemptions for special tint. For more details about the specific terms of the exemption, consult your state law.

Consider buying a new spoiler -> 05 06 07 08 Chevy Cobalt Carbon Fiber SS Spoiler Wing - eBay (item 370491552476 end time Apr-08-11 17:14:28 PDT)

A new hood with a breather in it
and maybe a new exhaust and a cold intake

Other then that, looks awesome man.

Thanks guys! All the comments really mean a lot.

And the only reason the painjob was free was because I did it myself after some punk at school keyed my car. I took his money and bought the materials so I cann do the paintjob and fix the key scratch.
