Cool A New Place For My Subs...

So I decided that I liked eating and in order to eat I needed to buy groceries.

Problem.
When you have 2 12" Subs, that's kinda hard to fit all the groceries on your back seat and quite annoying.

Solution.
Moved my 12's from my trunk to my back seat by doing a rear seat delete found here: https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/lounge-42/rear-seat-delete-those-who-want-148423/

Keep in mind this is a work in progress... I still have MUCH more to do before I can call this project complete but now for the pics:

From the front... Looks stock:

From the Trunk... Looks Stock:

And now inside:

and my newest audio addition:

***UPDATED PHOTOS BELOW***

SQUISHY..!

and just some to how how it looks normally... you can't even see them..!

And some videos... the sound quality is EXTREME poo in these vids but you can see some mirror rattles...

I plan on recovering the sub boxes & the rear deck/dash behind the seats to make MUCH cleaner and then making an amp box with a plexiglass window... that will be coming and I will update as I get things done.

Please don't flame but I'm sure it will happen.

obviously has some rough edges but you are the first so of course its not gunna be the best
i am looking at doing something like this because i cant fit a snowboard in with my 2 12s.... also what were the dimensions of ur original box? mine barely fit in the truck it was like 14.75 inches tall

over all great idea and looks good

thanks... i think the first box I had was like 13 inches tall but it was a hatchback style box so the face was tilted forward...

now that each sub is in it's own ported box and out of the trunk, the rattles have almost completely gone away and the sound is so much better...

nothing to crazy.

its the ebay cobalt box that used to be available reworked a bit to make it look and sound clean with my subs.

subs are 12" pioneer premier champion series

sub amp is a pioneer mono block.

really clean tight system. i went from one 15" ported to this and it was worth every penny lol.

and supporting mods...

big 3

cap

yellow top

And you know how many people I've had in my back seat..? If not then STFU... I never have people back there so this makes perfect sense... stop being a troll.

***UPDATED PHOTOS BELOW***

here's some pics of the sub box cover's... like I said, they are 98% done... I'm thinking of covering the vent/port with the same material as the red speaker cover part so you cant see in the port and to hide my imperfections..!

SQUISHY..!

and just some to how how it looks normally... you can't even see them..!
