what a pain it is to remove vinyl that big. Even with an eracer wheel.

 

Yeah, I was set on trying to take them off myself. Then changed my mind. Took him forever to take them all off.

Im getting them painted on, the dude is about to start on them.

I just dropped by the shop becouse I just got my lowering springs in the mail, and are having them put on too.

 

so was it faded like you were worried about or no?

 

You can have vinyl on for a few years and it will fade slightly. But you buff the car and you can usually never tell they were their

 

You cant even tell it had anything on it. Except the hood.

Thats becouse I bought the car used, and whoever had it before me, for some reason painted the hood, and it wasnt good paint, so the stickers faded it. Im repainting the hood now too.

Im glad some of yall like the stripes.
But having them painted, they will look so much better.

I dont think i've heard one person on this site say they liked what was on the sides.

My plan is to buy alot of small decals, and just put them in the glovebox.

 

getting them painted is a lot better but also a lot more permanent

 

the black stripes make your car. glad your getting them painted on

My new rims came in a few days ago, so as soon as I get it back from this shop, it goes to another one to have the rims put on.

 

I like the racing stripes! (duh... lol..) It will be hott when you paint them on. Its good you got all that aging vinyl off, tho
