I bought 1 of those carbon fiber fuel rail covers from modern performance right after i bought my '06 ss/sc back in 2006. They took 'em off there website shortly after i got mine & have never seen anyone make them again. I can post a pic if youd like, but they look just like the stock plastic ones without the badge.

i have that spoiler and i love it, i usually don't like the carbon fiber trunk but with that spoiler it looks amazing! i'm am probably going to get a cf trunk now and throw my cf ss spoiler on it, i was also debating on getting the g5 cf trunk then ill put the spoiler on

ya i sorta wanted to but it wasnt really an option cosmeticlly at least. the 8" is as shallow as it can be and it barely clears the seat (since i got tc seats it actually hits the lil gm performance division tab sticking out) and i didn't want the 7" to stick out any more then that
if you only did a single speaker you can get away with angling it and keeping it low profile but i know with this setup ive had alot of close calls so i'm glad i made the decision to not have a crazy angled/big pod

couldn't find that carbon fiber fuel rail cover so i did my own with the 3m di-noc carbon fiber, cheesy but good
