Anyone got pictures of the CCFL projectors on their car yet? Also are you 100% sure they use H7 bulbs. I couldn't find a bulb size anywhere.

Thanks, they look good man. I love the wheels too, I've got the same tires you do, love them. P.S. Don't you hate having to have a front license plate, Missouri requires them too, and I hate it.

I'm in Mississippi now, I'm hoping to be able to get my plate removed soon, but they are rivited in so I'll have to have it licensed in MS if I want to go back to MO anytime soon. On more quick question did you notice if they were HID compatable, or do you have to modify them like the 1st gen headlights?

You only need to make a very small slit in the back rubber casing so the actual wires can come out...other than that...no drilling or bs like that

LOL, I've been up all night too, I didn't even notice it. I am glad there's no drilling involved though, that was a pain with the gen 1 housings. Also are they pretty easy to adjust?

There is no way to take a headlight out to adjust it to call it easy.

All you have to aim is the lows thank god...and they are pretty close from factory.

Just be prepared to cuss a little

Crap, I thought maybe these would be easier than the 1st Gen ones, I spent a week of playing with them to get them right. They were WAY off from the factory. I ordered a 55 Watt HID kit to put in this time, I'm hoping these will be a sweet setup when I'm done.

You know, you can adjust them to some extent while they are still installed.

If you get a flathead screwdriver or some other long, pointy metal object, you can turn the knob that adjusts the vertical positioning. The knob has teeth and kind of looks like a gear (or a cog or something) from the top.

If you want to adjust the horizontal, though, you're right, it does take a lot of work.

okay i have a question for you guys before i go out and buy these things. i have an 07 and my headlights are the DRL's...if i go with the 2nd gen there should be no problem right? will the low beam work as my DRL's, or will it change over automatically to the halos for the DRL's. i have yet to find something that says what to do for the 07's (that doesnt mean it isnt somewhere lol). also if i go with HID's sooner or later i would imagine that would cause an issue as well with the DRL's right?

usely the DRL are the high beams in low voltage.. so with any projector headlight DRL are high beam..

unless they are wired to run the halo's and led
