OK Caliper Polished & Mounted on Car!
OK last time i post about this till i get my dba 4000xs Gold rotors to finish the look off,, when i get them ill take some really nice pics. Sorry for makin a 3 post ordeal about all this but wanted you guys to see the stages of doing this ,,, Plus i was excited 
Yes they will b Clearcoated
Yes it is raw alum but it has been high speed buffed & Just like airplanes that travel in intense heat & Cold it will last, All they do is Polish it every now & then.
My car is Not a Daily Driver it is Paid 4 & sits in the garage till i find some thing else to do
,,,,,, TO DATE my Car has not been in the rain & i live in south florida.
But yes it will last,, with as little mantience as painted or longer Plus all u have to do is take the tire off & polish it.
JUST SO U KNOW,,, THIS PROCESS IS DONE WITH a Die Grinder 80 grit on pot alum,, Then 240 grit,,,, then 340 grit,,,
After that you have to use a Baldor wheel Buffer or any thing that spins 3400 rpm with a sewn cloth wheel,, then a Loose cloth wheel for the final shine.

Wait till i get them 4000xs Drilled & cross slotted (Gold Color) will be the finishing touch will post if they ever get here. Plus these Pics were taken in the Garage right before dark! Cant wait 2 see it in the sun!

Stage 2 & when im done a friend at next generation motorsports is going to fine tune it on a dyno. Got dba Rotors coming end of next week spoke to them today.
