rice doesn't discrimintate. both imports and domestics whether old or new can be rice. for you to say that just makes you a ricer.

 

LOL maybe he got the idea from a car at PepBoys. I only say this because at the PepBoys out by me there is someone there that has a sunburst orange base or ls also with hubcaps painted black and a HUGE fart can on the back.

yeah i went looking for a wing, but the only metal or whatever wing i wanted was a nicelooking one, like the tenzo one on gravanatuning.com...thats what i was looking for. i know about apc and 3a racing wings,they are all ugly and worthless, but luckilly i will be getting the ss wing soon, i dont think you can really call me rice for that.

and i dont think neons are rice or whatever, i think they compliment the car. and i dont have any neon inside and if i did, it would be like above the pedals and thats it...not 50 pulsing bars everywhere.

and it took us 3 hours because we wanted it to be done as "professionally" as we could. i.e. hiding all the wires and everything. taking out the panels on the drivers side and then we had to use extra wires to have everything reach the transformer.
not to mention my friends rivet gun broke 5 diff times and he had to keep taking it apart. at leasti dont have flashing changing color neons.

AND its not like i'm done, its a work in progress, i'm just posting as i go along.
now if you'll excuse me i have to go get my type r vtec tuning apc edition badges from autozone.


edit: if you want to see rice, go look at the saturn that flipped me off the other day. he had an apc muffler that you could stick your face in, and the funniest part was that he actually had a vtech tuning badge on the back. its a saturn.....with vtech tuning. no.

okay but have you thought about how odd it is going to look with a wing (SS or otherwise) and stock body? You can't have something aggressive with something as subtle and tame as the base cobalt. Now if you were to add some type of kit and THEN go for the wing/spoiler it would make more sense.

everyones car is a work in progress, I just think in the end you will wake up and end up removing everything that you have done so far pretty much making it all a waste of money. Why not start out with some wheels and a drop? I know your mods were fairly inexpensive but that money could have been put towards these items and they would compliment your car far better than any neons or graphics or wing.

you don't have to go expensive to have a nice car, u just have to keep it clean.

 

Let's see....you added weight and it did nothing to increase either the straight-line (accel/decel) or cornering performance of your vehicle. In my book that makes you a textbook case of a ricer. Deny it all day long if you like, still are one.

Having said that; it's your car, do whatever you want to it. If you like the results, then that is great! Just don't deny that it makes you a ricer. What's the point in lying to yourself?

rice? no..... the neons are nice, I have both interior and exterior neons in neo blue, on my arrival blue ss..... They look sick at night, I also have led lights that shine on my subs and that light up the engine bay, and im working on getting some done to shine on the ss logo on my seats, i never have them on, only at shows and meets and such, I have gotten many compliments on how good they look, and i can make them flash with the music too, i have one of those music interface things from streetglow, the decal though, i dont know about that, but whatever, you guys should not bash on him, he drives it, its his car, he could have gotten the neon with the srt appearance package like my girlfriend did........ i rag on her for it all the time, sweet dual tips on that muffler hunny, and the hood? man, i wish i had a ram air, with nothing to ram the air into... lol, that and her rents wouldnt let her get a stick shift, it comes with sweet alloy 15's!!! not, she likes it though, i wanted her to get a red cobalt coupe i think our interiors are so much nicer......

 

He has no love for himself, or his car. actually, Maybe too much!
