Looks sweet with the evo mod, now you just need a black roof and Evo mod on the spoiler, I would say paint the cross bar black but I'd say it would make the bowtie kinda go unnoticed

Yea I agree I like it now, but it looks like it wants to continue going black down the bumper.

But any kind of paint on a CF hood looks better to me than an unpainted one. Was disappointed not to get mine on. Anyhow looks good, keep it up man.

I'm considering wrapping my roof and wing center piece in a fake noc off carbon fiber decal. And doing a carbon fiber trunk with shaved lock. I don't know what I want to do with the cross bar in front, thought bout painting it or wrappping it in a carbon fiber wrap don't know yet.

i think it looks sick with the evo mod with the paint on the hood, imo i would leave the hood cf in the middle and have the sides silver but thats just me

The hood what already painted the way you see it in the pic. I happen to pick it up from some one this way, I couldn't pass it up for 250$, it was painted for the carbon fiber was all tarnished I guess, at some point I will have it striped and refurbished to have silver on the outside with the middle raw carbon fiber

I will sooner or later paint the cross bar or wrap it in a carbon fiber over lay I'm all over Milwaukee all the time

I'm not impressed. You got a huge drag challenge that you accepted, and instead of getting your car ready and hitting up the track trying to dial it in, you bought a hood?

I'm not stupid I have til sept 30th, til then stop your complaining, I'm not going til the end of sept. I dont mean to be rude but you don't need to keep bringing it up to please yourself I know the date I have till thanks for the reminder again. I'm working on the car, and like I said before I couldn't pass up the deal on the hood, I'm sorry mr rail that you don't like it. I bought it to what I like and also for a weight savings, not based of your liking or standards.

Gotta say it doesn't do anything for me... No offense meant, to each their own.
Hood looks like it needs to be adjusted still. The lines should have been brought in more to match up with the black on the grill, it just looks like someone didn't take the time to make the lines accurate when they taped it off. And paint them Gen 4's black! Too much chrome on them

It's cool bro, yeah the line look off for they were marked to a line on the bumper and it's not to the body line of the hood, but they are straight. Other than that the cross bar will get painted at some point along lone with the lights to cover the chrome, for I ******* hate chrome. I just havnt had the time with daily life stuff and other things one the car that are more important at the momment. But In do time

hood looks nice with the Gen4's and the Evo mod. You still don't have any stress cracks in your Gen4's?

NO I can definitely tell the lines are clean and strait just would have brought it in like an inch on both sides. That will look good tho for sure! Yeah i got the gen 4's and painted them black with red circles around the hi beam and projector. its in my pics if you want to see them. I can't stand chrome either.

They still are in mint condition, not stress cracks nothing, there are still in perfect condition.
I never have any problem with anything I get that others have problems with. im just lucky in that sense i guess.

yeah if I bought the hood raw carbon fiber I would have done it differently if I painted it, but I bought the hood already painted like this..

in do time I plan on it, I got other things on the to-do list that are more important first...lol.

I've wondered about that hood a few times. On an lnf does it have any function other than being lighter? Does the air Actually come out at the intake? Possibly some pics of the underside of the hood would be great!
