How did you get the chevy logo on there? Did you just paint over some stickers that you put on and then took the stickers off?

Bowties aren't bad, not feeling the Cobalt either. Someone else did the same thing with the bowties, but they did black calipers with a gold bowtie on a black SS/SC I believe. I like it, I'm just not that patient...

The backs look great. I want to paint mine, but not sure what color to do.

How did you do the bowties and the text? Are they painted on?

I think they meant the brackets too, not just the actual calipers?

IMO painting the Drums looks retarted I have drums in the back of my ls and i wont dare paint them until i convert it to discs and get some calipers on there.

I like the bowties on there when i do mine i want to have the calipers be orange to match the car and the bowties black but the red and white on urs looks sweet

I just did mine today as well. I painted the brackets as well as the caliper itself.
Completely dismantled them. I'm gonna let them dry over night before re-assembling.
I also masked off and painted the center (rusty) section of the rotors. I painted those aluminum.

I would paint the drums black. It will look a whole lot better than the rusty bare metal.
Then do 'em up the way you want after you convert to the discs.

Whats everyones opinions?

for anyone wondering...i first cleaned the calipers with the caliper cleaner that comes in the kit, then i painted them with the duplicolor paint and then all I did was stick vinyl stickers on there and went over them with high temp clear coat

I'll also have to take better pics of them with the rim on as they aren't as "loud" as they look without the rim
