Painting back bowtie well on car in process [Pics]

Red07SSNA told me how to paint the back bowtie well still on the car. I know this might be over kill with newspaper but there a little wind out better safe then sorry :P

wow...all you had to do is separate the bowtie from the chrome piece and leave the chrome piece on so you wouldn't have to worry about getting it centered when you reinstalled it. thats crazy that you would take that much time to mask it all off like that...i guess good luck and hope it turns out good btw black bowties on black cobalt = badass

lol nice man hope it comes out good for you. wouldnt it have been easier to just like have a piece of card board hang off your trunk so it couldnt blow up to the window...

Hmm anyone ever think of painting it red intstead? That would probably look tacky though..maybe black on black is better.

Well it really depends on what you have in store for the long run. Is there ever gonna be any white on your car? Besides the bowtie? If not then yea...very tacky.

Reason im thinking red is cuz im gonna have red accents on my car in the future, and my rims might have a red lip also....but if i paint the bowtie red too..it might be too much red..so i might stick to black
