I wouldn't. What you would acctually be doing is painting the A/C rad, and paint seals out water so air won't pass throught it.So in effect you are robing you r A/C rad, the Aftercooler and the Radiator for the enigine of air all at the same time.
I bet if you put a really light spray of paint on it would be fine, get some high heat paint just to be safe and clean the condensor off really well with some simple grean to get the oils off so the paint will stick. You might not need high heat paint but in my experience i have had better luck with it because its a little more durable.
I assume you want something like the STI has from factory ...ide be interested in how this turns out (take picks/how to so we can see the result)... it may be worth checking around the STI boards to see if anyone knows what they use from factory (if its sprayed or if its manufactured)
as a side note from what I have been reading it is public opinion that if painted with regular spray it doesn’t have a noticeable change in performance since the heat exchange Q rate is not drastically altered..though if it were me I would be using the rad paint since it is designed for that application ...

If i was to do it, i'd put the stencil on, then carefully use a brush to paint just the ends of the fins, so it doesn't fill in the holes.
