parts needed to install arm rest

awhile ago i got an armrest off of ebay for 35 bucks. looks just like this -- http://www.ebay.com/itm/05-06-07-08-09-10-Chevrolet-Chevy-Cobalt-G5-Center-Armrest-Arm-Rest-Dark-Grey-/301122349205?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item461c4a6895&vxp=mtr
as you can see it just comes with the armrest and cup holders. what else do i need for the install? pretty sure i just need the bracket and bolts right?

on here it list 2 part numbers for the bracket. it is index number 23. one is 10 the other 47.

CONSOLE. Fits: Cobalt, G5, Pursuit | Nalley Buick GMC Brunswick

and for the bolts i can probably just use any bolts with the correct thread size and pitch.

I didn't have to buy anything extra. Bought a very similar kit and mine came with everything I needed.

Ok. In the second link is posted it has 2 part numbers for the bracket. One is 47 bucks the other is 10. I can't tell if they are the same thing or not.
