i live in silverdale. but im pretty sure the law is the same for every town and city here. but does anyone know the rules about underbody neons? i want to put red on the outside. did my research saw a couple sites say you can have red on the sides if the bulbs arnt flickering and cant be see (the reflection can still be seen just not the bulb if that makes sense) havnt gone to the local police station yet figured i would ask before i go down there. so anyone in wa know the rules or have done this before. inside you can do whatever you want. outside is what i need help with
