photoshop help

could someone please change the black racing stripes to blue racing stripes. like a bright blue. i tried to do it on my own but i suck. And this is not a pic of my car just a pic i found online. Thanks

well I think it would only look cool if you painted your wheels to color match (light blue) and lowered your car way down.

i was just thinking of just leaving the rims the stock color. lowering is definetely something i might want to do. But painting the rims a light blue in my opinion would'nt turn out right.

I do like it with the red stripes too and i do like black aswell. But i dont think i ever seen a silver cobalt ss with blue stripes. I got the idea from my friend, this is his 02 stratus r/t.

I like the blue but IMO the stripes are way to skinny not proportioned to the car I also like the red with the red rims that will be real different and stand out.
