Pics of painted center console

Just got the last coat of clear on and i still have to finish the 2nd piece that pops on by the e-brake im still in the process of getting that smooth.

Very nice! Did you just sand it down to remove the texture? Or did you use a filler/coat of some sort? Did you use a plastic specific paint?

Here ya go







I used glazing and spot putty and just rubbed it on with my hand, sanded it down with 220 grit. put a few coats of filler primer then sanded that down with 400, then regular primer over that and sanded it with 600, then base coat and clear. I still have to wetsand this and buff it out but im gonna let it sit for a few weeks so it can cure. I used duplicolor truck, van, and suv spray...toreador red for anyone who has SRTC its a pretty close match

i like it all but the steering wheel...i think the steering wheel is too much imo...but it will grow on me looks damn nice tho bro

I'm having a piece machined for the center of the steering wheel that is gonna have some engravings on it and im gonna try to paint inside the letters so it will tie it all in very nicely...right now that center piece isn't on there so imo its throwing it off
