No....all my idea but sent the intake manifold and the valve cover off and told them what I wanted. I did not want them to charge me a million $ for the lettering to be black.....so I'm going to do the lettering myself with enamel paint.

Looks great, was thinking about doing this. How long were you without your valve cover?

Yes...you just have to bake it twice. They had it baked at like 385 for 15 minutes

I could not decide to go white or black with it so I waited on that for now.

2 Days is all. Sent it 3 hr drive away via UPS and they sent it back next day. Was over a weekend though and I was waiting on my PCM to get back to me so it was a few days total the car was down

$400?!?! Just swap with a base white Cobalt. I'm sure you have car rental shops around you...just break in one night and get the job done. They'll thank you.

Does the valve cover match the color of the car? I ask because in the pics the valve cover looks quiet a bit brighter.

It's very close.....cant really tell unless you are looking hard. Especially standing above it seeing all the white on the car.

Yeah I thought it would POP with the black intake manifold behind it. I think the battery jump post cover is next

Ask anyone on here that knows me...my engine bay is always clean. I take pride in that. It's easy to go through a car wash and look like you take care of your car......but to see someone who really gives thier car the proper TLC they deserve.....have them open thier hood!
