as far as a how to, what does someone want to see? I have made my own molds, as well as frames..... i dont know, i actually used cardboard when i mounted the monitor to the sub enclosure, i can def. do a how to using wood rings, i have to finish the other speaker pod on the passenger side, so i will put something together, if anyone ever needs or wants something done, or wants to see something done, let me know, ive got all winter, and have unlimited access to gm parts..... not only you cobalt guys but anyone that has a gm car and wants something, i can get the parts, or you send them to me, and do it up nice..... time is of the essence, but most things i do dont take more than a week at around 5 hours aday..... im a perfectionist though....... Anyone have anything they would like to see im open for ideas, im doing a fiberglass rear window thing, the black cloth piece, and that is going to hold 2 jl 500/1 amps.... i will post some pics of everything that i have done later and you guys, if anyone is interested, i can do work for you.... i have very good prices, and very top quality work.... i will post some pics of the comp i did up for my girlfriend, the dresser i did for myself, and my ps2..... id really like to become a supporting vendor on here, but i dont have my website up yet, nor people that really want me to do work for them.....

You reminded me that I still have like 4 gallons of resin in the garage from last year when I made a custom box for my cavy.

I like the kick panel idea, but isn't the fuse box on the other side of the center counsel? That would make me nervous. I like the armrest bit, I have seen that done a lot in the backseat, but not too much in the front.

 

the speakers dont stick out behind the panel, so there is no issue at all with clearence.... they are wired on a highend part of a crossover, so im not looking for bass from them, they are basically a free air mid-tweeter....
