So I went to paint my black high rise blade silver and I had a problem with it because it was like it was way to thin to get the actual silver look, anyone who has a black Balt who has gotten their car to have a silver blade or evo mod? I want is done to match my fender stripes but it just didnt cover right it was almost transparent with minor metallic look...help!

 

Did you shake the can good?

 

You do know with the metalizers you have to lay down a base coat, such as the white or black plasti dip then apply the metalizer. Basically the metalizer just allows metallic flakes to adhere to paint. Allowing a somewhere transparent look.

 

Well how do i get a silver look with it plastidip as ive seen others with it?

 

Gunmetal with metalizer.
