He means the winter wheels / tires. If you put a chrome cover on the center of the wheel, you'd totally look like an unmarked highway patrol car. Most days they are pretty easy to spot because of the wheels / tires.

Looks good though. I don't like how much the rear passender door arcs around though. Really emphasizes just how compact the rear of the car appears.

**** yea, lol i drive with my seat all the way back, makes the back seat useless lol, so i have to cram my long ass legs anytime i have any back seat passengers lol, its the same in anycobalt but there just tiny lol
