Plasti Diped Interior

I had some left over Plasti Dip from my rims. so I painted the interior to see what it would look like, it came out nice.

looks good but that stuff isn't going on anything but my rims. Which is soon to be coming off. Clear coat on top of it doesnt make it to easy to peel off like it suppose to..

Looks SWEET!!!! so you did the whole dashboard?

and did you do the door panels? Im worried because it has a little bit of tacky texture that having my arm on the door all summer with feel weird or rub off or something but i started my interior it looks great.

I was just saying that to ME it doesnt leave a good enough finish for anything but rims. So imo might as well be painted. I took all the care in the world and did my rims. after a few weeks of even careful cleaning its going to be coming off to use paint instead. I dont like to redo things every month or so.

Well wax what ever you plasti dip before hand ( that's what makes it easier to get off)

Also if you don't like redoing things then don't even paint your rims, you will have to redo them one day unless you get them powder coated.

Even powder coat chips from rocks, buddy just got his done on his G8 already has spots.
Least paint is alot cheaper, And again to ME painting the rims every few months is better then plasti dipping them every month(to keep the look I want).
Im not totally anti plasti just saying I wouldnt use it in my interior.

I plasti diped my rims to see how they would look before i Waste money and Power Coat them. I had extra can left so I plasti diped My dashboard so I could see how it looks. It looks nice, so know I'll sand them and use a permanent paint.
