Plasti-dipped my wing!
Plasti-dipped my wing!
Boredom and having three cans of plasti-dip in your garage can be a deadly combination, Figured I'd do it for funsies since I didn't care if I messed up cause you can peel it off and I'm going wingless soon anyways, taking off the blade was god awful, all of the bolts were rusted (florida
) and two were stripped
Got to drive around like a jdm-baller for a few days

Still a little wet

Here's a better pic that doesn't look like it was taken by Micheal J fox

A flat putty knife wrapped in cloth, and this automotive adhesive remover stuff I have, I cracked one of the end caps slightly but the plasti-dip covered it up

ahhh dang lol that stinks. thats a good pic though. i like!
I found it really annoying to keep even over a large surface since its not exactly spray paint, my wing is actually the second try. I peeled off the first one, which was surprisingly satisfying, doing a whole car could be frustrating to make even
Yeah, thats why I wouldnt try. It would turn out spotty I would imagine.
Its the same stuff thats on the doors, the plastic dealer trim stuff, I don't like it but theres a **** load of 3m and glue or whatever they used so im scared to try to take it off

that thing look awesome!
