Why would you want to do this? Seems ike everyone wants to use this crap on their cars and it always look bad. It you want it painted, get it painted, if you want carbon fiber, buy carbon fiber.

I sprayed my stock trunk with it just playing around because I wanted to see how the stuff worked. Not bad, just a flat black trunk lol

howd you like it?? I kinda wanted to toy with it, I have a sunburst orange, wingless...hows the durability? how hard is it to remove?

If you wax it good before you do it it should just peel off. Youtube it, there is a guy who did his subie. Don't use a heat gun to take it off, there is a guy with a 350z or infinity that did and it pulled his paint off with it.

Correction, don't use a pressure washer to take it off. Here is the post:

You dont need to wax it first, it peels off real easy. I've done my front bumper, dash trim, and radio.

use bug and tar remover and it rubs off easy ... i found thats the best way

come on guys. there is absolutly no trick to removing plastidip, it comes off easy and in thick sheets. and that car kit is badass! id really like to see him do it and then clear coat it.
