Plastic below windshield
Plastic below windshield
Has anyone attempted to take off the big plastic piece below the windshield where the wipers are at? Mine has started to fade thanks to the sun and I'd like to paint it, wondering if anyone had tips or opinions.
Thanks
Thanks
I took mine off and macthed it to the color of my car first take wipers off then there clips inside and then u have to wiggle it for a bit and take out the sprayers and then it comes right off I'll post pics of mine when at home sorry for the crappy instructions
Yea I have heard taking the windshield wipers off can be a pain. But thanks man, appreciate the help.
Much easier to get a dressing or treatment for it. Something like armadillo (forget who makes it) or G6 from chemical guys. Also saves labor, no need to remove. If you're set on painting it, you may wanna think about just plastidipping it.
sorry it took so long to post pictures
