PlastiDip EVOmod first time!

First time using plastidip, unmasking the lines was a HUGE pain in the ass, took forever with a razorblade...

Came out pretty well for $5.98 imo...

Going to do the upper grille tomorrow probably, and eventually my rims...

Purdy. Black and white look sick together. You should get your rims powdercoated gold.

I'm not a fan of only doing the lip/right above the lip black and leaving the whole inside alone, but the part you did looks good. Wish i would have gone with plasti-dip but i also heard getting the tape off is a make it or break it situation. Anyone try taking the tape off while its still semi wet?

Yes i did 3 coats and waited till it was dry to unmask, and it was a HUGE pain, i went veeeeeerrry slowly took me like an hour to unmask everything even with a razorblade cus the stuff does not like to cut evenly.. If i do decide to do the top grille/beam I think i'm going to do a heavy coat and unmask right away while it's wet. let it dry, then remask everything, and then do a second finisher coat and again unmask right away. I think that will give a nice clean cutoff line with half the hassle, we'll see
