plz help guys..new bumper

ok heres the story..me n my my car crew were cruising down the city..long story short the mustang bro in front of me did a complete stop while he could of yield then go =/...anyways i wasn't paying attention i admit it was my fault since i crashed him from the back......his car has no damage n unfortunately my does...i have 2-3 inch crack on my bumber..i have full coverage...im thinking of telling Allstate ins. that they crash me what do u guys think...should i say some one back into my car or should i just replace it with a new n better bumper????

your rates will sky rocket, it will be cheaper in the long run if you bondo and paint it or just get a new bumper but dont tell them...i made the mistake of telling them when i should have just fixed it my self and now i pay a rediculous amount
