Alright I have been in close contact to a guy that knows the owner of Vis Racing. I sent him a message and showed him the thread I made about how we dont have any aftermarket lips and told me to look at Vis Racing. Well I then told HIM to look there and told him they dont make anything that goes on the stock front bumper like the Honda or VW community. So he just sent me a message saying "So what lip do you want me to make?"

I have been playing around with photoshop and here are two Ideas I have about possible lips he could make.

Number one: Cobalt SS style lip on LS/LT


Number 2: GM style Lip



Would you be happy with these or are there other styles that you would rather have? If I could get a good pic of the Koni Lip I could try to see how that looks on a Lt/LS or a smaller version of the T/A lip may look cool too. Ill see but I also need your help if you want this to happen. If you would be interested just post here. Any comments and ideas are welcome.

I like number 2. One and three just look wrong

 

number2, 1 and 3 dont look good on that body style

Tell them to make carbon fiber lips for the ss's

I've been looking everywhere for nice pictures of cobalts so sorry if I used your car. I honestly think number one looks the best but I can see how you wouldnt want the SS style on a base.

I would copy the GM one because you can not buy just the lip and its designed for the car already. Many people like the lip but dont have to money or want to spend $600 plus the price to paint on something like that. I could do it for much cheaper.

If anyone has any ideas or anything Ill be glad to try it, these are just basic photoshops and the actual products would look better.

 

anything that is subtle but still gives the base model a more aggressive look will always be a win

I say make the factory as lip in cf or the koni challenge lip in cf

 

get them to build us a lip spoiler or a trunk with one built in like the tjin car

 

All of these are presently being sold so I fail to see what your trying to accomplish other than knock off other companies products.

 

Yes but none of the are available to fit on an LS bumper. The only one that does, the GM one, you have to buy a whole kit for. The reason why not many run it is because its $600. How many would buy that lip if it costs 200 with hardware and everything?

That is the jp vizage lip I believe
