Ive researched those 3M bumper patch kits, but they dont seem to be made for entire holes from the ******* high schooler that had the car before you did :/
The front bumper is busted too, but a new valance panel will hide it lol

What a mat and resin on the inside? Then a light skim of bondo and paint it. Heat the split with a heat gun and work the bumper back out then immediately use something like the bumper patch kit or mat and resin. Let it cure and then a light skin of bondo done. Or you could replace it. It all comes down to do you care about OEM stuff vs aftermarket. At this price I would just replace it. It will have to be painted anyways.

I Don't really care if its OEM or replacement as long as a replacement isnt junk and doesnt fit right. I THINK I Could heat mine up and pull the big dent out of it then try the patch kit. I Would rather try that then find a new one. I Have a good bit of bondo/body/paint experience from my last toy car, 92 Toyota Corolla Wagon! I Have not however done work with plastics.

btw the link you posted is a non SS bumper
