Haven't done any tattooing in a while so I figured I'd break out some paper and markers and dick around. Just playing around came up with this and was kinda liking it. It feels like it may be a little unfinished, but part of that is cause Im imagining it with a red background.

So anyway, let me know what you think.

See that's the thing, I suck at elaborate graffiti. I thought about like using a bunch of old school tattoo flash but that would take a **** ton of time to work out and doesn't look the same without all the shading which is hard to get with paint pens. Plus on the radio trim it would be hard to get tattoo designs on those small spaces.

 

I have a old school boom box and gibson guitar tat on my arm.

 

Hmm... I used to do this on the back of my notebooks, but I never thought about doing it to a car part.

 

 

Yeah C_A_D88, you're car is the one that kinda turned me on to that style of artwork being done inside a car.

So do you just use a regular sharpie then clear coat for this or what?

 

I'll be using Sharpie paint pens. I think that would work better. On paper to get ideas though, I just use regular sharpies.

 

Ahh forgot they do paint pens hmm you wouldnt have to clear over that necessarily huh
