looking at getting me stock 06 ss wheels powder coated in bronze metallic and clear coated.. found a local shop that will do it. quoted me a price of $600. just wondering if that is a reasonable price?

I have 2 powdershops around here that charge about 300 for a 2stage powdercoat job, prep work included

 

600$ is a lot for this job. The most expensive shop around here charge 375 prep work included for this kind of job.

 

the standard is 400 out here.... some shops are more some are less... some do only wheels and charge a lot less because of it

 

I just paid 250 to get 4 wheels done

 

I paid $300 and tipped the guy $20 for a full 2 stage metallic and custom color. Prep work included.

 

Yeah that is what I paid to have some weld pro stars, lugs and center caps done.
