probly doesnt belong here so im sorry

ive got a 2007 cobalt ss and i was wanting to get any aftermarket steering wheel
but first i had some questions

A.Will this http://www.thecruisecontrolstore.com.../0002/250-1775
in my car?

B.Will it void my warranty?

If anyone has done this i would like to see pics please

to answer the 2nd one, it will void the warrenty if they can prove it caused a problem. the biggest thing to worry about is in the event of a collision, any injury claims will be voided because a mandatory safety device was removed from the car, the airbag.

leave the factory one. Why do you need an aftermarket steering wheel?

well what if i got one that i could still use the factory airbag?

Dead Zen- i like the looks and factory just doesn't fancy my taste

there is no aftermarket wheel that utilizes an airbag. you can get cheesy looking steering wheel covers to do that.

I think the only thing that you could do would be to get a factory wheel and customize it off the vehicle, then install it. Leave anything that could interfere witht he airbag alone, but if you want
to wrap it with leather/use flexible casting foam for a different shape, change materials, etc, that could look cool.

kinda thought in my head it would be pointless so im going to take the high road
and just get it customized
