Projector choice
Alright, so I think I'm going to get some projectors but I can't decide which ones to go with...
I initially liked the 3rd Gens the best, although lately I've been having trouble deciding between 3rd and 2nd gens. I'd definitely get them in black, since my car is black.
The main thing I don't like about the 2nd Gens is the little eyebrow light. I think it looks kind of out of place. I know I could just not hook it up, but I'd prefer if it just wasn't there.
What do you guys think?

Really? What is it you like about better about the 1st gens? I don't like the large chrome reflector on the 1st gens... although now that I look at them again I suppose the 3rd gens have a chrome reflector as well.
I guess I'm leaning toward 2nd gens, but I don't really want to have to crack open the case to take out the light-bar dealy.

Well, if it means anything, I hear that the light bar burns out very quickly on pretty much everybody's, so it's not like it will be lit up for long.
I was leaning towards the Gen3s because for some reason the Gen2s look wierd to me head-on. I like the fact that they're CCFL vs LED halos though... much brighter. I'm a fan of the black retros too.

I guess I could just go the old fashioned route and look at some in person and decide for myself, although I'd still like to hear peoples' opinions

There are several threads about their kit if you search for it. Many pics and reviews too.
Edit: The guy's name on the forum here is operatic.

3bspec sells them on here, ebay has ones although I think the quality is questionable sometimes...
You'll also need an HID kit (HID bulb for low beams, you can reuse your halogens for the high beam, and then you need a ballast for each low beam, and a harness to connect it to your car/battery)
Thanks man. That looks good too.
Dayum. This is a tough choice.

What's their function? Turn signal?
The other guys obviously would know better than I do, but I would guess get at a bit of an angle to the car, and use a flash... i dunno *shrug*

um I don't know I will have to check that out, I don't think they are turn signal...leme check for you lol.
I don't know also I used flash for some and no flash for others and it works fine. if you are doing it head on that might be your prob, try to do off to the side or above the cut off line.
EDIT- looks only, its funny because it would look better with out it.......

Haha ironic. I read once that 3bSpec can remove the leds and fill the holes for a bit extra, but I'm not sure how much more.
I'll likely go with a Canadian supplier though so that I don't get raped by customs/shipping charges.
