Projectors Yes Or No

I painted my headlights black but want the aggressive look of the projectors. i just need a couple questions answered. I just bought some 9007 pure blue luminics, will these work in the projectors? how are the projectors compared to stock headlights. i would keep my headlights incase i wanna go back to the stock ones. thanks

The 9007 bulbs will not fit in them. The projectors use an H1 light. Lighting wise, I felt that the low beams were not as good as stock but the high beams were better than stock. Once I put HID's in my low beams, I was much happier with them. I hope that this helps.

I have the projectors, and visibility is crap with them. They look great on the car, but hard to actually see with. And now I am having wiring issues 1 year later, where they keep blowing bulbs and LED's. Big PITA.

In my honest opinion the low beams work about as well as a keychain flashlight. I can't see a damn thing, and trying to aim them was the biggest pain in my ass. There is nothing logical about the projectors.

I wish they worked better, because they look killer on my yellow car, but I think it's time to take them off and beat them with a baseball bat. My passenger side blows any bulbs I put in it, and has some LED's going out. So now my car looks like a Jeloppy thanks to these things. I think I am going to have to go back to stock style housings, but I hate the way those look. Stock lights look like UberCavvy.

imo the leds in the top of the projectors look retarded, lol. i really just don care for them.... although i did see some on ebay today without the leds that didnt look to bad. but i think painted stock lights look better than the projectors.

Mine hasnt had any problems so far. My visability with the Silverstars are better than the stock headlamp and bulbs (now stock with silverstars wold probably be brighter). I hope i dont run into any of the problems you guys experienced.

DO not buy them you can spend 200 dollars so much better. You cant see **** unless you get the hids like I did and even the they are just ok. The halo on the left it burning out one of the leds went and i had to replace one of the bulbs becuase it burnt out also. If i could do it all over again i would have never bought the halos

I think ill be sellin mine.
I bit the bullet and im going the retrofit route.
I just miss my original eyelids to much.

but I actually felt that the projectors were superior to stock even with the crap ass bulb they came with. so im not sure what to tell ya,
maybe some peoples aiming was a bit off? quality between sets? not sure.

with a set of eurolite pure whites they are far better.
with HID? fageddaboudit!!!

hehe I have to wait for my retrofit parts to arrive to see whether ill need to buy a full new HID setup, or if i can use the one i have with different bulbs.

I dont know what to ask...because they are custom painted and modified for HID...
ill be sellin them fairly cheap i think.

i considered these at one point too, but decided my black/chrome headlights were better. I'd rather do the retrofit thing than the projectors.

Well everyone is fussy with theirs it seems mine have been great no probs in like 4-6 months. Had them aligned in like 20min tops and no burnt bulbs nothing. Lows have the cut-off which is a lil annoying but I love the brights. I have Nokya hyper whites since day one and never had melted housings or anything like that.

I like mine... Sorta. They look bad ass, but when a halo is out, or a led is out, or one beam is brighter than the other (still haven't tried to fix this....) it makes you look like a retard driving down the road. Also, I can't put my stocker headlights back in b/c I spliced into the parking light wire to get my led's & halos to light up...
