Quick Gen3 Projector Aim Question

I've tried searching but have read diffrent answers. I bought a set of used Gen3's and when i put them in they are aimed right down. Don't know how the guy before me was driving with them haha. But whats the proper direction to turn the adjusters to bring them up. Clockwise or counterclockwise? I know i can do trial and error but just figured i'd save some time.

Thanks

If anyone ever has the same question it's counterclockwise to adjust up and clockwise to adjust down
