The 50 W outputs more lumens of light with some sacrifice in the color temp. In other words, you see better.

You want to go with the 10k if you want a blue color to the light. I also ordered from the same place and have 10k on the upper and fogs with a 50 watt balast. The 50 watt balast isn't really worth it to be honest, I mean its alittle brighter but your better off with the 35 watt one. But I'm pretty happy with mine and it has the blue look that I was looking for. I have a pic in my sig to give you an idea. Its not the best pic but I can always put one up if you want to see more.

Where are you in St. Louis by the way?

so for a 2008-2009 SS/TC you would want 9007 bulb type 35w?

Do you have to pull the drl fuse after install or no?

ebay is the cheapest. ALL hid kits are the exact same and come from the same place no matter what they say. they all come from china. companys buy them and slap there sticker on there and jack up the price. look on ebay and get a kit. then order a 9007 wiring harness from 3bspecs and your set. and your total will be around 70bucks shipped to your door for you hid kit and harness. Why waste 120 on a kit thats the EXACT same as the ones on ebay?

The 9007 kits on ebay if we buy, we still need to buy a 9007 wiring harness? I am confused with that.. I thought the kit would have everything.

yup they are a great price $55 shipped.

Since the stock headlight is reflector.. will 6k have any blue in it at all.. i want it a touch blue, but not blue blue.. 6k on most cars looks pretty nice.. i have 8000k on my aviator (reflector type too) and they are pretty darn blue.

Anyone have exp with these 2 on our cars? does reflector make it more bluish then projector would?

What is the kit for the fogs? what bulb type?

6k will give you a tint of blue.

Reflector will make the color more vibrant and the projector projects the light down, so all you see is the top of the bulb. Unless if you go eyelevel, then you can see the color more.

Fogs=H11 bulbs (I think)

Check the sticky's dude. All the information is up there.
