I bought them from a ebay dealer I've bought leds from before.

Umm the caseing.......clear pvc aka cpvc I think

The leds would be wired in parelle series, I think 4 leds in each series

what did you mean by a parrallel series?
i was thinking that if you incase a while bunch cant you just wire all the positves and the negagives together and then so appropiatle to the power source?
