RE moving climate control to new spot

RE moving climate control to new spot

So im looking to move the climate control so that it lies above the shifter (where the cupholders are) and Im wondering if anyone knows how to cut through the plastic...and if its a difficult job). Ive seen a pic of someone's car where this has been done but could not find a how to so I tohught Id ask

I was talking about it with my cousin...he suggests that I should get the area carbon fibred (with the cupholer area filled in) then cut it out to exactly match the climate control unit...so I jjust need to find out if i can carbon fiber it myself or if i should just get a shop to do it. I alread have my door handles and vents carbon fibred...so it would look hot

any Carbon fiber suggestions?

ya its gonnna look sweet with the in dash gps and PS2 hooked up...plus the BC2 body kit going on and the 18 inch rims...the car is silver and i have the black dual halo headlights with HID's...also painted the hood roof and trunk black and added an SS black spoiler on...windows are tinted...and...its been lowered...pics up very soon
