Rear Quarter Panel Stripe

Well...I backed into a minivan thanks to the monstrous damned wing on my car...and i just wasn't paying attention. I got estimates and its going to be 750 bucks to repaint the rear bumper. I can get stripes (like on the daytona dodge ram etc.) for 360.

Here's some pics of the damage.

Heres some pics of something like I want...

***I forgot to say the point of this thread...can someone photoshop me a pic of my car with a stripe?

Just so you realize that the vinyl is only 2 - 5 mil thick (1 mil = 1/1000th inch) and will not hide those scratches. If you can run your hand over a scratch and feel it, most likely you'll see the outline through the vinyl.

You will have to as a minimum bondo and prepare the finish before doing the lines you plan..

I don't see a reason for the photoshop. Just look at the other picture and imagine..

...Not using vinyl...its going to be painted either flat black or gloss black.

A decal is something you stick on. This is being PAINTED as i have said 125349 times. I think it will look good and you apparently don't think it will so please quit beating the dead horse.
I saw a car just like yours today BTW except it had a carbon fiber hood.

The stripe will be somewhat similar to what you photoshopped but it will say "SS" in the factory paint color about right under the antenna (on both sides). It also wont continue on towards the front of the car as far if at all. It will also start farther back and down on the bumper due to locations of the scratches. Im taking it to a widely known body shop on monday and it is supposed to be done wednesday or thursday. They guaranteed me that they would repaint and repaint again until I am pleased but I have seen their work and I'm sure it will be done right the first time.

Um, No it was funny...

I was saying that someone stole my car, drove it around your place and drove it back here without my knowing.

It was better before...
