Remove AVS Logo

I installed the AVS Tail Light covers for my Coupe, but I want to remove the white AVS Lettering. Any ideas? I could probably scrape it with a razor, but I don't want to scratch the lenses.

Don't want to paint them, I like the smoked look. It's a good contrast

I thought of that, but like I said, I don't want to scratch. I am in a bowling shop all the time so getting my hands on 2000 and 4000 grit abralon is a piece of cake, but if i can remove it witout doing that I would like to.

I think its stamped on there so without sanding you probably wont get it off. Could always sand and then use some nightshades and keep the smoked look

Well... they arent coming off. I used silicone to attach them. they are labeled as left and right, but the AVS label was printed upside down.

I tried fitting them so the label would be right side up.... but they didn't fit right (ie. wouldn't sit flush against the light) So now I need to get that white off.

i think i know wat u talking about, its like a rubber wheel, and its got like a pin in the back and you slid that into a drill, and then you turn the drill and then the rubber is the eraser, i have one at my job, but that might burn the plastic

If I were you I'd just get some black paint and a small paint brush and paint over it. Sure you may still see it close up but from 5 feet back you won't be able to.
