Remove Door Handles
you need to get a solenoid or linear actuator kit. look to www.suicidedoors.com in the door popper section. I used the autoloc kit on my S-10 and is still works good 7 years later. You will have to have a body shop make some fillers and weld them in unless you can do it yourself. Once the body work is done, it is about a 4 hour install for the poppers. PM me if you want more info.
You need to either get a spare door off of anything or a 1/8 peice of steel and cut out plates thats fit in there perfectly and weld them in..Or you can bondo it, but the paint will crack when you close the door if you bondo it..Im running the Autoloc door poppers..It was $450 for the kit
Hmm, alright. But a spare door from another cobalt or another specific car?
Just so you know I do wanna to make my car a show car so any other info you may have to help me along the way, please pm me so I can take the "good" path. lolz

AND dont warp the door when you weld the pieces in..The metal is very thin!
Once you get everything shaved rip the door locks off the inside(You dont need them) so that you dont lock the door and the poppers are useless
I still lock my keys in my car, but I got an extra set
AutoLoc has great Systems for this, $250 to $550 setups! I recomend you relocate the seloniods under the seats, I did this & it makes it real easy to adjust which you will have to do!
The cable loosen's a little with use & Needs adjustments! The door handle removal you can do, But the actual welding & Body work down here was $400.00 per side!
Here are a couple of the install pics of Mine

Where the cable comes out under the carpet I Made Holder from Bike Brake cable adjustments & Then mounted it with a L Bracket to the Body to stop the cable sleeve from sliding & Leaving slack<<< Works Awesome
In this Pic you can see the Lock nut on the cable for adjustments

This 1 you see the cable attached to the latch!

Here it is with the seat back in!

Here is the welding being Done!

hmmmm cause I could weld it in and then repaint the car like I want. I was thinking of putting a Dragonball Z design look on the car or probably something else. but the paint job MUST be as soon as i do the changes.
But over all I want to shave the handles but I also want to put lambo doors. I'm not to sure with it tho.
Do you think shaving it off and putting the lambo doors in with the poplock would look "show" like. Would it be an easy task.
I'll be honest with you all, I'm not one to weld (never did it before) but I have put lambo doors on a jaguar Xj6 once before with a friend. took forever.
so any suggestions?
and thanks everyone for what you said already =)

Last is with Lambo's I think you would want to Locate the Selnoids under the seat's, So it wouldn't make the doors weigh more! <<<But I have not done this so it is only my Theory.
