When I did mine I just got a hair dryer and heated an area up. Then start lifting and it will come off. It might take a while and be a pain in the but, but it will come off.

the job is way easyer with 2 people so.. have 1 person pull up on the spoiler and cut the glue **** with a knife it will eventually become weak and ull be ablt to just pull it off. thats what i did. just be careful..

its a good idea to have two people..that sticky tape takes forever. lol. when our friend took off his lowrise on his g5, we had him and Tom pull it and i was holding the hair dryer. didnt take long for it to pop off!

make sure that when you do it you use pleanty of heat and do not pull up to hard while trying to get it off... i have seen pleanty of decklids get a lil messed up around the base of the spoiler, take your time.
