removing a dime from track

removing a dime from track

this is the best section i could find to put this in,
there is a dime in the track on my passenger seat, any ideas how to get it out?

i would think that you could get it out easier by pulling the seat out... i would try a flat hea screwriver or soemthing that will be able to get underneath it... you could try the bubble gum on a stick, or tape for that matter. something sticky that will it in the track and grab the dime

i've never taken mine out but in most cars there are two bolts on the ends of each track... you could use a rachet or a wrench, it should be pretty simple

2 bolts on the back of the chair(push seat all the way forward and tilt the back forward) unplug sensor/heater from seat, tilt forward and remove

nope sorry a little smarter then that, the seat cant lean forward, im trying to get the plastic peice off, but i cant figure out how to gett he platic cover off the handle in the back, any ideas?

Just pop off the cover. Its not hard, then the two bolts come out of the back of the seat and it leans Foward.

I swapped my seat for recaro's and then swapped em back so Ive done the seats a few times...

ok so some invetigating today, the inside track bar by the center console wasnot attached to the the release bar, i moved it enough to get it out,

so thread closed

two bolts at the back then pull up and back and then rotate forward...careful there is a sensor plugged in
